I'm thinking that I have some cut files tht I've purchased - from altenew and from Bella Blvd I think. 
I don't have a digital cutter (yet!) .... I love cut files though! I'm glad I had the ones I have and do want to use them more!

I was not smart enough to get that after a day with 18 littles but glad others shared the answer. Love all the pink though

As I do not have an electronic cutting machine, at least now I know how to "cut files" without one. Ha!
